A 1970s traditional bungalow in need of modernisation

Our client wanted to replace an existing extension with a bright and airy new space which connected the garden to the living space

Castleview homes also fully converted the large attic which doubled the original floor space

Our Planning and design team kept within planning permission guidelines so that it was exempt from having to apply

We think the completed project has given a tired bungalow a new lease of life allowing an abundance of light through the full length windows

Under floor heating thoughout, Oak engineered flooring together with full length triple glazed windows … this Castleview Homes extension was finished to the highest standards.
The extension brought light into the existing rooms and added a double height spacious living area.

Lakeside Landscaping provided the finishing touches outside. We created a walled elliptical patio area which acts as a sun trap. We used McMonagle limestone setts and created planting areas through out to soften the edges

All windows and doors were custom made for this project
