Started in April 2014 Castleview Homes were involved in this new home from the early planning stages. Our planning and design department provided a planning authority approved design that also took into consideration the clients needs.

Situated on a half acre site with fantastic views to the east this build had to complement the surrounding countryside.
As a result Aidan Ryan & Companies provided a comprehensive construction and landscaping service.

Over the space of 6 months we excavated the site to allow for a 3000sqm 2 storey house with an external semi-underground garage and fully landscaped gardens and paving areas.

This project is one of our most energy efficient homes ever built. The choice of materials throughout was aimed at achieving the highest possible energy rating.
This includes triple glazed windows, high quality insulation and a geothermal heat recovery system.
